The Icaro project partnership has identified the “new” Site Technician, with a highly qualified profile, equivalent to the EQF level 5, with digital competences, with competences on energy efficiency and with transversal competences, called “soft skills”.
Thanks to these new competences, the “new” profile will be able, in particular, to manage the activities of the construction site, coordinate the construction and/or renovation process, follow the planning, management and control of the works, optimising the human resources involved.
In order to collect your opinions about the “new” profile , developed within the ICARO Project, we ask for your collaboration in answering a survey containing the new competences shared by the partnership. We also ask to involve also the “most virtuous” enterprises in order to obtain a national validation of the educational plan.
